Effective Online Trustee Meetings with NICVA Governance

Trustee meetings don't have to be postponed during the current COVID-19 lock down, they can still go ahead online if everyone has the technology and broadband to participate. We’ll cover tips to help you make sure your trustee meetings are effective.

  • Decision making 
  • Wrapping up and following up

NICVA’s experienced Governance and Charity Advice team will facilitate this session. Both Denise and Donna have extensive experience in governance advice, information and practical support on a wide range of matters from charity regulations to dealing with governance issues on the board.

Who is Eligible

The training is only open to groups and individuals working in The Mount and Ballymacarrett areas of East Belfast.  If you are a group in these areas or would like further information on Communities in Transition please get in touch with Susan Glass, Project Coordinator [email protected]
