ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management ONLINE **REGISTRATION CLOSED**
The course will be delivered via webinars. Supporting videos and resources will be provided online for you to access at a time that suits you. Attendance at the webinars, to discuss and review the topics is then required. Support for you to complete your assignments is also provided.
The Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management requires you to gain a minimum of 4 credits. The credits are achieved by successfully completing assignments relevant to each of the units listed below.
You are welcome to attend all the webinars then decide which assignments you would like to submit, as long as they total a minimum of 4 credits. Or you might decide to only attend the webinars that you have identified as useful for your own professional development and then submit those assignments.

Induction session - Webinar 3 November 10.30am-11.00am
Understanding Leadership - Webinar 17 November 10.30 - 11.30am - 2 credits on completion of assignment
Leading & Motivating a Team Effectively - Webinar 24 November 10.30am -11.30am - 2 credits on completion of assignment
Making Briefings and Presentations - Webinar 1 December 10.30am -11.30am - 2 credits on completion of assignment. Presentations delivered on 15 December from 10.30 am
Assignment support - Webinar 8 December 10.30 am
The deadline for submitting assignments will be 24 January 2022
