How will it be delivered?
We deliver this training through a combination of 2 hour online interactive sessions, guided self-study with tasks to complete for the online sessions, an assignment support session and one to one support if and when required for the completion of assignments.
What does it include?
The course focusses on two key areas:
- Understanding and developing your own leadership styles
- Understanding the value of performance management techniques and appling them fairly and objectively
You need to achieve at least 4 credits for an ILM Level 3 Award. There are 2 assignments corresponding to the two units, as detailed below:
- Understanding Leadership - written assignment including feedback from others on your leadership style and a short personal development plan
- Understanding Performance Management - written assignment
