We have designed this level 4 award to develop your skills in planning, organising, and leading activities in an organisation. You will learn subjects such as leadership and management, communication, team roles, risk management, measuring the impact of your activities and how to use practical tools to solve problems and make decisions.
To achieve the Award you will be required to complete one assignment of approximately 2000 words covering all aspects of the training sessions. Assignment support will be provided.
