Whether it’s helping to shape the careers of talented individuals, encouraging innovative ideas and new perspectives or simply building resilience in preparation for the challenges ahead, coaching and mentoring skills can be used every day to improve performance - ILM

This qualification is ideal if you are a manager with significant responsibility for coaching and mentoring as part of your day-to-day role. It will also support you if you are planning to move into a development role in your organisation or start a career as a freelance coach and mentor. There are three assignments to complete and a requirement to evidence 18 hours of coaching and/or mentoring practice.  Learners are also required to have an experienced person observe a coaching session who will provide feedback on your practice.  This session has to be audio recorded.  Assignment support is offered throughout the training schedule.  Learners are required to attend all sessions.
