ILM level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management

Primary tabs

21 January 2021 - 10:00am to 29 April 2021 - 12:30pm

Our popular Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management is tailored to improve the performance of managers, team leaders or those aspiring into senior management. We have introduced a new module into the schedule to meet the emerging needs of our diverse sector. There are no specific entry requirements for the Diploma but ideally you need to be working within an organisation or in a role that you can apply the knowledge you learn on the course. You can also draw on previous experience within an organisation or use an organisation you are familiar with.

We will be providing the training online until we are advised otherwise and we can reassure you we will not be cutting down on the relevant training we would provide in a classroom setting.  We will support the online sessions with a resource for learning materials and learners are advised to read and research outside of the formal teaching sessions.  Assignment support is incorporated into the schedule as well as weekly tasks set by the tutor for the learner to complete that will supplement evidence for assignments.  There are four assignments to complete to achieve the full Diploma (37 credits).  Included in the course will be a Making Professional Presentations session and task.  Learners will be expected to deliver an 8-10 minute presentation as part of their overall assessment at the end of the course.
