Primary tabs

16 September 2021 - 10:00am to 16 December 2021 - 4:00pm

Our popular diploma is designed for practising or aspiring managers to develop a broad range of skills and knowledge necessary to succeed at middle management level. Learners will learn and develop competencies in day-to-day management and will be required to reflect on their practice. This qualification is ideal if you have management responsibilities but no formal training. The course also suits team leaders who want to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people.

The diploma is made up of a broad range of units covering self management, CPD and managing others.  We will be providing the training online via zoom.  We will support the online sessions with a resource for learning materials and learners are advised to read and research outside of the formal teaching sessions.  Assignment support is incorporated into the schedule and there are four assignments to complete to achieve the full Diploma (37 credits).  Learners will be expected to deliver an 8-10 minute presentation on any aspect of leadership and management as part of their overall assessment.
