Invitation to Join NICVA Focus Groups on Workforce Issues (Newry)

Throughout November NICVA is holding a series of focus groups dedicated to engaging with voluntary and community sector organisations on workforce related issues. These regional events will be an opportunity to share concerns and challenges and have a say on the support your organisations need.

We want to hear your organisations perspectives on key issues around staff and volunteer recruitment, staff retention and training.  We will discuss how workforce challenges impact your organisation both now, and in the future, and explore what potential solutions are needed to address these challenges.  

By sharing your stories and information with us, you will help shape the support that we provide to the sector and to influence our asks of Government and other key decision makers.

Focus groups will last around 2 hours and will be led by Dr Donna Kernaghan, Stats & Stories.

All voluntary and community organisations are welcome.

We want to ensure we hear from as many and wide-ranging organisations as possible, so please join us and register for this event.
