How will it be delivered?
We deliver this training through a combination of 2 hour online interactive sessions, guided self-study with online resources, assignment support sessions and one to one support if and when required.
What does it include?
The course focusses on:
- Planning and delivering projects
Developing your leadership style
Understanding and applying ideas about motivation at work
Assessment
To gain the qualifiaction you must acheive 5 credits at Level 4 by completing two assignments
- Planning and leading a complex team activity - written assignment and short presentation
- Motivating people in the workplace - written assignment
Timetable
19 April - Induction session - 10.30 am 1 hour
16 May - Session One - Assignment information and support - 10.30am 2 hours
23 May - Session Two - 10.30am 2 hours
30 May - Session Three - 10.30am 2 hours
6 June - Assessment - Presentations -10.30am 2 hours
