This online session is part of our Lunchtime leadership series that will focus on improving skills and increasing confidence of first line and middle managers in February and March. These 1.5 hour sessions will focus on a specific learning topic each lunchtime, providing impactful and practical training in bite-sized chunks. The sessions will help develop a growth mindset for your staff while developing them professionally. They will build confidence and provide opportunity for peer networking.

Demands on our time are escalating and as a result we experience stress and difficulty prioritising.
