Making self evaluation work for you - In Person

Primary tabs

6 June 2023 -
10:00am to 12:00pm

Evaluating your service can sometimes feel like an overwhelming challenge. This session will help you build capacity for self-evaluation - from knowing when and how to get started through to telling your story so people will listen.

The Centre for Effective Services (CES), in partnership with NICVA, will deliver this practical and interactive session to share our learning on how you can practically make evaluation work in your context. It will be of interest to you if you are responsible for measuring and reporting on the impact of your service to stakeholders, including funders, commissioners and Board members. We will focus on:

  • how you evaluate what you do and the difference it makes to people’s lives
  • how, when and where you can find the evidence to illustrate your impact
  • what to do with different types of evaluation data
