Managing Volunteer Agreements **REGISTRATION CLOSED**

This online training session delivered by Volunteer Now, will help you follow legislation and best practice when involving volunteers. It can be attended as part of a two session ILM Level 3 Award in management of volunteers.

In the New Environment we find ourselves in (COVID-19), it is more important than ever to ensure good practice when involving volunteers, during this short session we will together learn and describe what the key differences are between an employee and a volunteer, ensure that your organisation produces volunteer agreements and not contacts of employment, look in detail at good practice in the recruitment process for volunteers and describe good practice when developing volunteer agreements.

This online training will be delivered on 2 February 2021 from 10am-12.30pm using the Zoom platform. You will receive log in details in advance of the session once you register.
