This course has been designed to provide an understanding of the people and process elements of project management. We will work our way through the project lifestyle with exercises and tools and techniques to help build a solid foundation for managing and delivering projects. The course is suited for new project managers, project team members or anyone wanting to improve or gain accreditation for their knowledge and experience of managing projects.
