11 March 2021 -
11:00am to 12:30pm

This session is aimed at helping you develop a theory of change for your organisation and/project and improving how you measure impact. It is part of the CFNI Accelerator Programme.

We know that what you do makes a difference – but how can you help explain your impact to stakeholders?
This session will explore how you can better articulate how ‘what you do’ leads to your impact.

This 1.5 hour session will be delivered by Sandra Bailie from NICVA and Judith Rankin from SportedNI. It will include the following:

  • Explain how to embed impact practice in your organisation
  • Understand the ‘Theory of Change’ framework
  • Explore examples and key learning from other NI groups
  • Learn how to develop a Theory of Change for your group
  • Signpost you to useful resources and toolkits for impact practice.
