Practical tools for improving governance **REGISTRATION CLOSED**
This session is aimed at trustees and those that support the board to help them identify ways in which governance may be reviewed in a voluntary organisation.
The training will:
- consider ways in which organisations can be proactive about planning for governance
- explain how to use the Code of Good Governance Healthcheck
- look at different approaches to carrying out board evaluations
- explain how to use the skills audit more effectively.
This training has been arranged in the early evening to suit those who work during the day.
To celebrate Volunteer's Week, NICVA is offering this free session to help trustees to think about how they can make a positive change to governance in their organisations.
