This session will support and encourage participants to consider the context and techniques for effective coaching within the workplace

This session is useful as a stand alone webinar and also forms part of the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management 

Session content:

  • Describing the skills and behaviours that make an effective workplace coach
  • Explaining the coaching process and considering how to overcome barriers
  • Identifying models and techniques 
  • Discussing the importance of record keeping and managing confidentiality
