This session is useful as a stand alone webinar and also forms part of the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management
Session content:
- Describing the skills and behaviours that make an effective workplace coach
- Explaining the coaching process and considering how to overcome barriers
- Identifying models and techniques
- Discussing the importance of record keeping and managing confidentiality
