This session is designed to develop the knowledge and skills required to manage a workforce in flexible locations and with increased autonomy. It will discuss the leadership skills needed for managing remote workers, and for identifying and dealing with the challenges that arise.

This session is useful; as a stand-alone webinar ans also forms part of the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management
