This webinar introduces participants to leadership, developing knowledge and understanding of different leadership styles and when to use them. The session will support and encourage participants to reflect on their own leadership style using feedback and identify ways to build on existing strengths. Learners use this information to work towards completing an ILM level 3 award in leadership and management

- Leadership styles in the workplace
- The difference between leaders and managers
- Exploring the effects of leadership behaviours on individuals and teams
- Asking for feedback on your own leadership style
- Improving your leadership skills
