Introduction to Mindfulness Live Webinar
This is the first of 3 live webinars in the Community Wellbeing and Resilience Programme. It is facilitated Frank Liddy from Inspire Wellbeing. Participants will be introduced to the foundational theoretical and practice based principles of contemplative mindfulness practice and the positive impact on mind, body, brain, overall functioning and performance.
It will also introduce participants to facilitator led practical mindful strategies and meditative practice which they can apply to their everyday life and work situation.
This is a 2 hour session.
