Belfast Charitable Trust for Integrated Education

BELTIE was founded in 1984 as a trust (from 1987 as a plc) to enable the development of integration in the Greater Belfast area. We played the central role in the opening in 1985 & initial development of both Hazelwood schools. We also played an important role in the development of Forge, Cranmore and Millennium integrated primaries. We continue to play a supportive role in the further development of various integrated schools on the Belfast area.
