Transition services

• NOW's Transition team works with young people aged 14 to 19. We provide an individual and innovative approach that allows the young person to explore options, gain independence through real life experiences and sample a variety of work placements.

Training servcies

• NOW’s Training team are here to offer the chance to access training that will help you to develop the skills needed to get a job and keep it. Our Trainers will give individual support to identify the skills each person needs and then provide the training to help gain those skills.

Employement Services

• If you have a learning disability, a learning difficulty or Autistic Spectrum Disorder, NOW’s committed and experienced Employment team can help you on your way to finding the job you want and support you to keep it by continuing to work with you and your employer.

Volunteering Services

• NOW’s Volunteering team allow people the opportunity to support the services that NOW offer to people who have a learning disability, learning difficulty or Autistic Spectrum disorder.  The biggest rewards from volunteering with NOW will be gaining valuable experience and new skills along with the opportunity to make new friends and have fun.
