Terms of Use for Participation in Charity Review Engagement Meetings

 

In addition to NICVA’s Privacy Notice the webinar you participate in will be recorded and shared with the Department for Communities and the Independent Review Panel for Charity Regulation in NI to inform their recommendations and report to the Minister for Communities. The recordings will not be published but may be disclosable on request in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR); however all disclosures will be in line with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation.

Prior to participating in the webinar and engaging with the Panel we would encourage you to read the Terms of Reference for the Independent Review of Charity Regulation in NI and respectfully reiterate that the actions of individuals do not fall within the Panel’s Terms of Reference. We ask that in sharing your views you represent and warrant that the content which you provide is not pornographic, libellous or defamatory (more info on what that means), does not contain threats or incite violence towards individuals or entities, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party; you are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from your contributions during the webinar.
