In February and March NICVA surveyed our members to ask what their development needs were in a range of areas. We had a great response rate of 19.3% (1,209 people responded).

Thanks to all of our members who completed the Viewfinder survey. We were delighted to have such a great response rate of 19.3% (it was sent to 6,241 staff in member organisations and 1,209 responded).

Boost performance by motivating staff

As managers we need to consider how we continuously improve the performance of our staff. Research by The Incentive Research Foundation found that by motivating our staff it can boost performance by as much as 44%.
