We have also provided a pricing overview of all of the conference facilities for your convenience, including details of equipment charges and catering options.
The Main Conference room divides in two, to create two separate conference areas, A and B. Meeting Rooms 1, 2 & 3 are located off the main conference area and are ideal as break-out rooms for larger events. The room can seat between 50 to 150 people depending on seating layout.

This dedicated boardroom is located on the first floor, with stair and lift access. This room seats 16 people boardroom style. This room has a 50" wall-mounted plasma screen for presentations or video conferencing.
We have four meeting rooms available for hire, all located on the ground floor at NICVA. Three of the meeting rooms are located within the main conference area making them suitable for smaller meetings or comfortable breakout areas.

Road resurfacing works on Duncairn Gardens
From Monday 3 February 2020 to Monday 17 Februrary 2020 road resurfacing works will be taking place on Duncairn Gardens from Antrim Road to North Queen Street.
If you are attending an event or meeting at NICVA you are advised that there may be disruption to your journey and limited parking available on Duncairn Gardens.
