This group will help embed EDI principles across NICVA and ensure that equity, diversity and inclusion remain central to our work. It will help NICVA continue to move toward more equitable ways of working, from our internal practices to the support we provide to the voluntary and community sector.
The group will also support the wider VCSE sector through shared learning, practical guidance, and contributing to our planned resources hub.

How we will support you
Our website will include a dedicated EDI section featuring blogs, articles, key resources and ‘how-to’ guides. In March we explore neurodiversity.
Included will be an EDI directory providing helpful links, toolkits, templates and resources to support your journey, training and awareness raising for you and your staff, volunteers and trustees on their EDI journey.
We would love to hear from you if you have a resource or link you would like us to include. Please send these to [email protected]
Strengthening Our Commitment to Inclusion
We hope that the EDI Stakeholder Group will continue to support a culture where everyone feels respected and valued. As we continue to grow and evolve, this group’s key role will help ensure that equity, diversity and inclusion are woven into everything we do — from our internal approaches to the support we provide within the voluntary and community sector.
