The larger of the two conference areas, this room has all the functionality mentioned under 'Main Conference Room' (with the exception that there is only one projector screen), and can seat 30 people boardroom style, 70 people theatre style, 40 people cabaret style and 36 people classroom style.
Organisers of events can also make use of a reception/registration desk for their own events, which can be located in the foyer outside. Organisers have a space to serve food and refreshments and an area for participants to network and mingle in the adjoining foyer.
Meeting Rooms 2, 3 & 4 are located adjacent to Conference Room A and are ideal as break-out rooms for larger events.
To ensure the best quality of presentation for your event and in the interests of health and safety, clients have the use of a large plasma screen. NICVA offerd a number of room hire and equipment packages to suit any event.
