Main Conference Room

This room has free wireless internet access, two large plasma screens with audio built in.  See our optional extra bookable items for your event here pricing for more information.  Stage equipment is also available on request for this room (see Main Conference Room with Stage).

Organisers of events can also make use of a reception/registration desk, which can be located in the foyer outside. Organisers have a space to serve food and refreshments and an area for participants to network and mingle in the adjoining foyer.

The main conference room divides in two, to create two separate conference areas, A and B. Meeting Rooms 2, 3 and 4 are located off the main conference area and are ideal as break-out rooms for larger events.

To ensure the best quality of presentation for your event and in the interests of health and safety, plasma screens are available free of charge. NICVA offers a number of room hire and equipment packages to suit any event.
