This room benefits from natural light, and has all the functionality mentioned under 'Main Conference Room' (with the exception that there is only one plasma screen).
This room can seat up to 24 people boardroom style, 50 people theatre style, 40 people round table setup and 30 people classroom style.
Meeting Rooms 2 & 3 are adjacent to Conference Room B and are ideal as break-out areas, or to serve food and refreshments for larger events. The foyer area and Meeting Room 3 can also be used as a break-out area, reception/registration or networking spaces.
To ensure the best quality of presentation for your event and in the interests of health and safety, clients have use of a large plasma screen in the room. NICVA offers a number of room hire and equipment packages to suit any event.
