This achievement is all the more significant following almost two years during which the organisation and everyone within it faced unprecedented challenges as a result of the global pandemic”.
Increasing our score and exceeding the Sector and UK wide benchmark, the assessment highlighted that everyone is clear on their responsibilities and contributions and that there is a real shared team ethos. People are willing to share their knowledge and experiences to help each other out.
Collaboration is actively promoted and encouraged through opportunities, both internally and externally, for people to work together, share and learn. Our core values are our guiding principles.
