NICVA scoops IiP Gold Award for the 4th time!

Our assessor commented that: “everyone should be extremely proud of NICVA’s good practice, values and culture that have helped maintain this we invest in people GOLD award. This achievement is all the more significant following almost two years during which the organisation and everyone within it faced unprecedented challenges as a result of the global pandemic”.

Increasing our score and exceeding the Sector and UK wide benchmark, the assessment highlighted that everyone is clear on their responsibilities and contributions and that there is a real shared team ethos.  People are willing to share their knowledge and experiences to help each other out.

Collaboration is actively promoted and encouraged through opportunities, both internally and externally, for people to work together, share and learn.  Our core values are our guiding principles. People connect and identify with them through their behaviours and interactions and take responsibility for actions and results.
