NICVA staff took part in round table events in Derry and Armagh during February 2013 and the notes from these events are available below. The notes reflect the discussions that took place and will hopefully help members produce their own responses.
OFMDFM launched the consultation in December 2012 outlining how it is aiming to deliver on commitments made in the Programme for Government 2011-2015 to ‘publish and implement a Childcare Strategy with key actions to provide integrated and affordable childcare’ and that the strategy will also be a key element of the NI Executive’s Delivering Social Change Framework.
The closing date for submitting consultation responses to OFMDFM is Tuesday 5 March.
