Turn complex challenges into fresh ideas
Join us for a interactive, design‑led Innovation Lab where four real organisational impact challenges take centre stage. This is not a traditional workshop — it’s a creative problem‑solving space where participants experiment, ideate and build early prototypes together.
How It Works
Ahead of the session, organisations submitted their impact challenges. Four of these real-life challenges will be spotlighted during the Lab.
Participants will:
- Rotate between challenge tables
- Contribute ideas, insights and lived experience
- Apply design thinking methods collaboratively
- Support organisations to develop early-stage solution prototypes
Everyone — not just the host organisations — will leave with practical takeaways they can apply in their own context.
What to Expect
- A hands‑on, creative environment
- Design thinking tools you can use immediately
- Peer learning
- Real stories, real challenges, real solutions
