This is a practical, interactive, action-learning  session designed to introduce the Theory of Change model and help you plan, understand, and communicate the difference your work makes. Using simple Theory of Change tools, participants will take part in hands-on activities based on their own projects, exploring how to move from ideas to clear outcomes and impact. The session focuses on real-life application, supporting participants to build confidence in planning, monitoring progress, and clearly explaining their impact to funders and stakeholders.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the purpose and key components of a Theory of Change
  • Create a simple Theory of Change for their own or a sample project
  • Explain how Theory of Change supports monitoring, evaluation, and communicating impact to funders
