Aimed at line managers and supervisors, this course aims to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage all key stages of a recruitment process from start to end in line with current employment legislation and relevant equality law.
During this session, particular focus is given to the role of panel members in shortlisting and interview processes as well as ensuring appropriate record keeping in line with data protection/GDPR requirements. This session provides a good opportunity for delegates to review their current approach against best practice considerations.
A toolkit of useful documentation & guidance will be provided to help embed the learning into your organisation's policy and associated procedures.
