Shanaghan Hill Farm C.I.C. will particularly benefit:
• Children and young people with limited access to farming, food production and environmental education
• Students in further and higher education seeking practical experience in sustainable agriculture, food systems and environmental stewardship
• Small-scale farmers, food producers and rural enterprises seeking knowledge exchange and peer learning opportunities. It will also provide events and activities to support their businesses to develop and reach new markets.
• Members of the public interested in understanding sustainable food production, biodiversity and regenerative land management.
• People in rural communities enabling them to come together, connect and helping to bring down barriers in areas which are socially isolated.
• Academics interested in undertaking research in an agricultural environment.
