Complete the Are you ready to tender? questionnaire to see where you stand. Then consider each of the areas in this template and decide who in the team will be responsible for ensuring the work is done, and by when.

This will help you to honestly assess your level of preparedness and to plan the actions you will need to take in order to be ready to respond to tender opportunities. You can then use the Collaborative Tendering Action Plan to list the necessary actions to be taken, the timeline they will be completed within, and who in your organisation(s) will take responsibility for each of the actions identified.
