Given the times that we are currently in and the uncertainty that many organisations face, it has never been more important than now to focus on your organisation's finances. This webinar was designed to help you manage your finances in the current climate.
It will be of particular interest to staff and volunteers who work in the administration of finance within a charity as well as the trustees who are responsible for ensuring the charity remains solvent.
This session gives participants the opportunity to consider their finance policy, reporting, budgets and permissions. Tony delves into the more technical aspects of charity finance in particular: charity records and funds; cash flows and forecasts; fraud awareness and using reserves .
