Voluntary and community groups and businesses come together to make powerful connections

This sold-out event brought businesses and the voluntary and community sector together to shed light on the current challenges faced by communities and explore the pivotal role that businesses and the voluntary and community sectors can play in addressing these issues.

Attendees heard the government’s perspective from the Department for Communities, partnership working examples from Allstate, Women’s Aid, Norbrook Laboratories Ltd, the Building Community Pharmacy Partnership Programme, and had the opportunity to discuss key topics including social value, employee volunteering and a sustainable future.
