NICVA Academy - Celebration of Learning

We have chosen resilience as the theme of this year's Celebration of Learning event. Emotional Intelligence is the silent engine of being an effective leader.  An emotionally intelligent leader will sense burn-out and can create a psychologically safe environment where your staff can be seen and heard.

Our Keynote speaker this year is Anne Morrison, Morr Living - a family business offering a variety of services including Life Coaching (www.morrliving.co.uk)

While Anne will focus on Resilience and Emotional Intelligence,  and a panel of our learners will share with us the impact of their learning and how they keep themselves motivated.  

Speaker Bio

Anne Morrison is a qualified Coach and Mentor. Her background in education spans 25 years specialising in Business, Entrepreneurship and Psychology. Her services include 1-2-1 coaching covering life concerns such as confidence building, career development, goal awareness and prioritisation, overcoming life hurdles such as career changes, empty nest and assessing re-direction.  As a Business Mentor and Facilitator she works with organisations to facilitate topics such as Leadership Coaching, Prioritisation Techniques, Confidence Building, Culture in the Workplace, and individual bespoke courses.  Anne is also an accredited Strengthcope Practitioner. This British Psychological Society endorsed strength assessment tool is a must for those considering changing careers or roles and those finishing college studies.
