AdaptNI CIC

Formed in 2022, AdaptNI is a Community Interest Company providing a specialist employment service for the Deaf, Hearing Loss and Tinnitus Communities throughout Northern Ireland. Using a person centered approach, people are supported to ensure they have full and equal access to employment and training opportunities. We also work with employers to raise awareness of best practice, to effectively adapt and assist with reasonable adjustments within the workplace in order to remove barriers.
