Our Services include:

  • The Younger Person’s Network-providing a structured personal development programme which combines physical, emotional, social and practical supports for young people 16+.
  • Counselling-providing training and emotional support for survivors and families.
  • Let’s Move Programme-a strength, conditioning and physical fitness programme.
