Cancer Lifeline

Cancer Lifeline

Cancer Lifeline is a home from home setting for those affected by a cancer diagnosis and their family members/carers. The organisation is managed by a group of people who have all been affected by a cancer diagnosis themselves so that when people come to the organisation seeking out supports they are automatically talking to others who have been through the same experience.

Our organisation works alongside a range of voluntary, community, individual therapists and organisations to deliver these vital supports.

We provide a range of support services including:

  • Counselling
  • Complementary Therapies
  • Advocacy / Peer Support
  • Welfare Benefits Advice
  • Family Support Sessions
  • Get Active Programmes e.g. yoga, swimming
  • Fatigues Management Programme
  • Stress Management
  • Vital Nutrition Programme
  • Feel Good Factor Workshops
  • Tailored Support for those aged 60+
  • Female Support Group and Annual Respite Residential
  • Male Wellbeing Events
