Crossgar Community Association

Crossgar Community Association are a dedicated group of volunteers who are committed to improving life for residents of our village by overseeing the provision of a range of community events, undertaking environmental improvement projects and ensuring that all residents have the opportunity to become involved in village life. Led by an elected Committee, the Association is supported by a group of volunteers in their efforts to make Crossgar a cleaner, greener and welcoming place for all. The Association acts as a liaison between local stakeholders and Councils/local government departments to ensure the needs and views of residents are central to considerations, and that opportunities for engagement and utilisation of potential funding streams for community projects are maximised.
