East Belfast Enterprise have two offerings in relation to premises: 

• We offer Workshop units from our Albertbridge Road site. This site comprises 34 units for rent to anyone interested in starting their own business. The units range in size from 400 to 1500 sq. ft. and are ideal for start-up and small growth businesses.
• We also offer Office Accommodation at our CityEast Business Centre site on the Newtownards Road.  The Business Centre has 48 Offices that range in size from 150 sq. Ft to 1200 sq. Ft and are ideal for start-up or growing businesses.
