Peer Support

• 24 hour helpline
• 1:1 emails and phone calls
• 1-1 in-person appointments for those in Belfast or South Eastern Trust areas
• In-person and online support groups for NI residents over 18 who are in recovery from binge eating disorder, anorexia, bulimia, OSFED or related difficulties 
• In-person and online peer support group for loved ones/carers 
• An advocacy service to help with navigating the healthcare system and getting access to the most appropriate service
• Free downloadable resources

Training & Education

• Prevention workshops available for schools, youth clubs and community groups
• Awareness training programmes for professionals

Advocacy 

• Advocating for services users to healthcare professionals and services
• Advocating for service users to decision-makers and campaigning to increase the profile of eating disorders within government
• Facilitating research and policy work on eating disorders 

 

Opening hours

<p>Office Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday</p>
<p>Helpline is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week</p>
