Discovery Service: Implementing and adopting a CRM takes time and money. Our Discovery Service ensures both are spent in the best way possible. We can help assess whether a CRM aligns with your goals, and the ways in which one could help increase your impact.

Cloud Solutions: Our Cloud Solutions are designed to meet the unique needs of non-profits by combining sector-specific insight with trusted technology. We partner with charities to deliver CRM and Accounting systems that are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practice.

CRM Optimisation & Membership Services: For those organisations with an existing CRM, we help them maintain and developing system functionality to drive greater usage, data security and impact.

  • Training - Our scheduled training programme is based around years of experience helping Non-profits use Salesforce in the way they need to use it. We also offer customised training based around our clients’ own systems, data and requirements.
  • Helpdesk Support - With all the training in the world, we know queries and issues will still arise and our Helpdesk Support team are available. Whether having log-in issues, or needing a new report or dashboard, Members can raise a case via their dedicated Members Portal and our team will be able to help.
  • Data Services - Any CRM is only as good as the data contained within. Data needs to be monitored, checked, maintained and managed. Our Data Services are available to support this.
  • System Development & Enhancements - The challenges facing your organisation are always changing, as are the ways technology can support you.  Whether you need to incorporate new processes, a new data set, or take advantage of one of our own apps and add-ins, our team can assist.
  • Embedded Support - Sometimes an organisation needs hands-on help to get a CRM embedded and maintained or just an extra pair of hands during a busy time. Embedded Support provides dedicated support from one of our team to act as your System Administrator over a short or long-term period – whatever you need.
