Fold Housing Association provides housing, care and support to over 30,000 homes throughout Northern Ireland.

Established in 1976, Fold is now one of the leading Housing Associations in Northern Ireland, supporting over 6,000 tenants in our purpose built housing. In 2012 for the first time our general needs, family, housing overtook our sheltered housing stock.

Over the years we have also developed an innovative range of service provisions that allows Fold to offer its clients the right level of support in their own home or in our accommodation:

• Housing for Older People with Dementia and the Frail Elderly;
• Supported Housing;
• Over 40,000 Day Care visits a year;
• Fold provides Personal Pendant Alarms throughout Ireland;
• The first European Telemonitoring service, monitoring patients vital signs in their home;
• Assist over 600 people with a disability in making Home Adaptations a year;
• Mobile cognitive and physical therapy unit the Fold Brain Bus, again a first in Europe.
