The Real Me (for women aged 18+)

We aim to equip women with life skills that will enable them to make positive life changes and begin living a life of purpose. No matter what background, all women face issues at some point such as stress, anxiety, depression, a sense of hopelessness and a lack of identity.

LILY is a personal development programme designed and delivered by Glow NI. The programme focuses on early intervention and aims to build self esteem and self confidence in girls and young women aged 10-13.

Fearless & Female (for girls aged 14-17) focuses on three key module: Personal Developmental and Mental Health, Gender Equality and Empowerment
