Mudra Academy of Performing Arts Uk (NIC 100311) is a charity set up to develop the practice of South Asian culture through music, dance, theatre etc in Northern Ireland. In 2010, when Dr Shrobona Bhattacharya moved from India to Belfast she realised the best way to integrate into the Northern Irish way of life would be through inter -cultural exchange. Understanding the local culture and actively contributing to the development of Northern Ireland through volunteering and fundraising using the medium of performing arts is the idea behind Mudra Academy of performing Arts, UK.
