Services
Clients referred to the foodbank by front-line professionals are entitled to three days worth of food according to the size of the family unit. This can be repeated up to three times.
While in the foodbank the clients are offered tea/coffee and biscuits and have time to chat to the volunteers. The Foodbank has literature available in order that the client can be access further help if required.
The foodbank gives the opportunity for persons who wish to volunteer in the community and also young people in school who are working towards 'service awards'.
Opening hours
<p>The Foodbank is open to clients <strong>holding red vouchers only </strong>on Tuesday 2.30pm to 4.00pm and Thursday 6.30pm to 8.00pm.</p>
<p>The warehouse is open for food donations on a Monday evening between 6.30pm - 7.00pm - see website for warehouse address.</p>
