Services

SLATE
We deliver temporary housing and support services to 12 young homeless people aged 16-25 and assist residents to move on to live independently. We also provide a Floating Support service to young homeless adults aged 18 to 25 who are seeking or who have found their own accommodation but need support to ensure they can successfully maintain their tenancy.

GABLE
Works with older and disabled people, reducing their risk of homelessness by assisting them to adapt their homes with a Disabled Facilities Grant.
GABLE also runs a Trusted Trader Service (TTS), this involves building contractors and architects signing up to a code of conduct. We believe this provides reassurance to older people if they choose anyone from the TTS.
GABLE supports older and disabled people with urgent repairs or other minor adaptations through its Helping Hands Service, enabling them to reduce the risk of homelessness. We can also supply aids to daily living.
